That’s usually due to too much of heat into the tummy of the child so you can start with a B complex supplement along with that regularly as of now you should boil some water with fennel seeds and strain it let It cool and give it to the child because this is going to help and keeping bloating as well as this problem of stomach heat away so the ulcer in the mouth will not happen
