#asktheexpert My toddler complains of leg pain and has got very irritable and cries a lot in silly things and half of her front teeth have broken . Does she has any vitamin deficiency

Normal for kids to have tantrums like this in this small age don’t worry about it but falling of teeth is definitely not good in this age it happens after the age of 4 1/2 to 5 years and so overall with whatever you mentioned I think it would be good for you to check with your doctor for the situation that your child is in right now
