A. it may be some skin infection at private part area hence visit your nearest pediatrician for detail examination and further evaluation keep a watch for any redness at private area

A. Could be due to dryness allergy or infection in that area which is why your child is scratching and constantly complaining about it you should get checked with your doctor once further what’s meant to be done the doctor would advise you on that
