#AskTheExpert my three year old are very picky eater. they don't want to eat even if they are hungry..i am trying to follow a healthy diet and try not to offer any junk food which might fill then uphstll

U Fix I think that you know with junk food will only be given once in a week or 10 days you know that you can get whatever you want to eat once in a week but rest of the time you’ll have to eat whatever is been prepared at home a lot of mothers work on this so that’s very helpful because this week is also get to eat what they want to eat and they also eat regular food at least you know waiting for that one day to come when they will get to eat junk food
