#AskTheExpert my sun is not having much he always used to refuse to hv anything. please tell me how we manage his diet so that he can have properly.

don't worry and not to force feed
simply avoid asking him for food
let him be little hungry before meals and then give one pot meals
add nuts powder in milk
give milkshakes
paneer wraps
