#AskTheExpert my son who is around 4years. doesnt eat plain curd. So started giving him banana and curd. few spoons of curd and 1 banana will blend and feed him. Now i heard that we should not mix both. Is it true?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Good to avoid, but may people do such practice.
if you are giving it avoid feeding after evening time, Give him a normal food in small amounts and in frequent intervals.
