Bonnisan you can give five drops to the child one time and you can use it maximum four times in the day if needed and you can also give it every day because when kids cry like this it is usually associated with heavy stomach pain so in that case it would be good for you to check with the doctor if needed otherwise this medicine is going to be a bliss for your child
