#AskTheExpert my son vitamin d level is not good and due to which he is not able to sit on its own and also low level will cause delayed teething he is 9 months old and last few days I am giving osta d3 half ml to him please suggest what to do I have attached test report for your kind information

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. yes .Diet containing of green leafy vegetable and fruit that contains most of vitamin and good protein sources like paneer or egg . It is required for proper weight and height gain and also for boosting immunity and good skin and hairs . Protein powder like pediasure can be given to baby after 2 yr of age .
