#asktheexpert my son vihan aged about 5 yr 2 months though he is very active but he is not gaining weight he is still 14 kg only what food i have to give to gain weight kindly suggest me

I would just like to tell you in this current situation if your child is not gaining weight then probably there could be a possibility of the nutritional deficiency because if your child is eating well yet the weight gain is not proper then it would be better to check with your doctor to understand what is the reason behind not gaining weight and what is needed to be done
