Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. when the haemoglobin of the child is less you have to give iron rich food to the child. the include green leafy vegetables along with dates and lentils that is different types of dal. fruits like apple banana. you can give jaggery in every food and also make food of the child in iron utensils.
when you are add lemon thatc is rich in vitamin c to the diet which contains iron it helps in greater absorption of iron.
your doctor will tell which iron supplement needs to be given to the child and usually we recommended it for at least 3 months for improvement in haemoglobin level

See when the child is deficit of iron specially they could have this kind of pattern where they don’t like to eat they have a very cranky and irritable behaviour and they can cry most of the times but these things are associated with deficiency of iron only along with the food fruits and audio giving please include iron supplement also or get iron shot done with your doctor that is going to help in easy maintaining of iron levels in a small span of time and it’s totally safe to be done
