#asktheexpert my son told me some dust fell into his eyes.when we are going behind a car on the road, post he rubbed his eyes and next day morning we observed its red. its only inside/under his eyelids.what to do.

Take some cold water and clean that is regularly you can put some cotton into water and drop by drop you can put it into your eyes to clean and if you do not see better meant into the eyes within 24 hours despite of cleaning the eyes regularly every two or three hours then you should just get it checked with the doctor
