#asktheexpert My son spits milk from nose often. Gets choked. Getting around 3 months, still problem persists. Can't leave him for a while at all

First of all you should feed your child only on demand keep the head in elevated position when you are feeling that is going to help in avoiding choking and once you finish the feed keep your child on your shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes that is going to be helpful yet if your face the problem check with your doctor
