#asktheexpert My son’s upper left central incisor was lost 2 months back…n left one 1 month back …. Till now none of d adult counterparts have appeared…. Is this delay normal?? His lower two incisors came out within 1 month of tooth loss… hence I am very much concerned …

A. Hi usually after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts within a gap of 3-6 months. consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of the unerupted teeth
