A. you should monitor the body temperature of your baby using a thermometer and if it is above 99 degree fahrenheit then only considered as fever then you should give medicine after consultin yourgu doctor

A. it is perfectly fine it is only the way in which the body manages the temperature according to the outside whether if your child is otherwise having no fever no issues are there keep your baby well hydrated
