#asktheexpert my son not drinking milk, porridge etc. he looks at it and makes a vomiting face. before he used to have milk morning and evening. 2 months passed he is not having. what to do

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. hi, Child at this age are picky/ choosy eaters. Feed same food items (menue) continue for 4-5 days then change the food item for another 4-5days. try to offer flavoured milk adding strawberry syp, chocolate syp.. etc

Hove milk in colourful and attractive sippy cups like babyhug sippy cups that attracts baby toward milk Given different varieties of milkshakes like apple banana strawberry chicoo etc to change the taste and flavour of the milk.
