#AskTheExpert My son looks very lean. his diet is good. can you suggest any syrup for weight gain. he is 6.7 yrs, 20 kgs, 124 cm tall.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. all good. heights l n weight is in normal range. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein.
also give outdoor play time
