#AskTheExpert my son is very thin and he is not been eating properly since last one week .In terms of physical activities he is active and shouting , screaming,jumping, running, playing outdoors activity all are happening. A. baby is having little bit less weight but not too less to be worried about if the baby is otherwise add to healthy that is no need to worry only about the weight of the baby

A. hii The solution is to eat fruits, veggies, egg, roti, rice, dal etc in front of ur kid.... Eat them dramatically!!!! Tooo much drama dear.... Too much required!!!! When u eat.... When Papa eats.... When bro eats.... And all three are dramatic..... Oohing and aahing about the fruit and saying.... Oh!! This is soooo yummy.... This that.... Praise the fruit like mad... Then offer her ... B4 she denies you deny.... Stating.... Let it be.... You don't eat.... Varna humko kum pad jaega.... Etc.... Etc.... Develop the feeling of jealousy and greed in her in a positive way.... Just praise and praise and praise the fruit.... Tell about it's goodness.... Health benefits.... Etc.... In an easy way that the kid understands.... Don't give up in a day or in a week.... Keep trying.... Purposely buy colourful fruits. .. And usko lalchao... Kids get lalchaofied easily... Just hang on and keep trying
