#asktheexpert My son is still not able to eat rice and other grains and vegetables without grinding as a paste. What should I do?

A. Don't worry introduce finger foods to the child like thin slices of fruits like apple banana chikoo pear salads home made French fries and the child starts learning to chew foods and gradually reduce mashing of foods

A. hello actually you have to start introducing like little bit of an attractive dosa you can make it like small biscuits small small dosa at some sauce on it make it attractive and give it a finger food boiled vegetables and give it as a finger food and introduce little like this and over cook the rice khichdi Idli upma and all and hot hot you try to feed your baby
