Q.

#asktheexpert My son is refused any kind of liquid meal i.e, milk, water or any kinda of juice. And suffering from hard stool passing. please guide me how to introduce any liquid to me.

A. You have to give liquids to the baby as it us important and it also helps in softening the stools and keeps the body temperature regulated so trying giving in a colourful cartoon character cup or glass

A. Give them lukewarm water every morning. Include a banana everyday. These two are best constipation relievers. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
