Q.

#AskTheExpert My son is of 9 years old.. before 9 months his milk teeth started to fall... two teeth on the upper jaw have not come yet... it's almost 6 months since it fell. Do I need to consult the dentist? or will it come by itself.. Totally only 8 milk teeths have fallen yet...

A. Hi your son is showing delayed eruption of permanent teeth. consult with Pediatric Dentist for proper examination of this condition. usually milk teeth start to fall by 6 years of age and permanent teeth erupt within a gap of 3-6 months.

A. Teeth Will come on their own only whenever the new tooth is ready to come down it will come but if you see that the teeth are not coming another six months also then it would be sensible to consult a child dentist then but as of now I would advise you to wait for a little bit more
