#AskTheExpert My son is 3 yr 9 month old. He got his first teeth in his 6th month. At the age of 1 he had nearly 12 teeths.Today he lost one teeth on upper jaw . Is this normal .

Some children begin to lose their teeth as early as 4 or as late as 7, but in general the earlier they come in the earlier they will begin to fall out.
