#AskTheExpert my son is not putting on weight ? he is 4 years 11 month old and his weight is 13 kg...he dosent consume any milk products...kindly suggest how do I make him put on weight.

A. Hello mom he’s fine for his age not to worry. A little variation is acceptable as far as the child is active for the age and eating healthy foods . It’s okay if he doesn’t consume milk , you can try to change the form of milk in the form of fruit milkshake or you can say custard or in a form of kheer etc if that doesn’t work as well, you can move to plant source milk.
