A. avoid giving milk or breast feeding in day time. Limit the milk intake to maximum 16 ounces ( Try to give with cup)so that baby has enough room for solids. Don’t give liquids like milk or juices before meal .

A. Hello dear parent! Above one year the maximum dairy intake should be around 500ml only. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Let the baby be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
