for Healthy weight gain ,you can offer starchy food like boiled mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child.
offer food items like full cream milk, fruits like banana ,apple etc
include dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give massage to your child daily.
