#asktheexpert My son is not eating properly, he never says that he is hungry and sometimes sleeps without eating anything , please suggest me what I can do,I am worried about him .

Kids are fussy in eating food
Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby.
Give variety of food and choices to ur baby as giving same food daily looses baby's interest in eating.
Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating.
Give food in colourful and attractive plates that attracts baby toward food.
