Q.

#asktheexpert my son is little overweight though he is very active. goes for a jog.. cycles every day.. very active n yet doctor keeps telling he is overweight.. he is quite tall to his age.. he is only 5 yr 7 months old he is 122 cm tall n weighs 33 kgs.. n also loosing his milk tooth already... i am confused am i to be worried.. he eats healthy too.. not a junky..

A. Hi Milk teeth get replaced by permanent teeth around 6 years of age. So it is very normal that this is happening. Just brush twice a day using toothbrush and toothpaste.

A. hi please do the following things: offer homemade healthy food. avoid giving junk food. it is better to offer green leafy vegetables ,fresh fruit etc more. keep your child well hydrated. yes , keep encouraging to do physical activities more but please don't force your child. stay calm consistent and positive
