#AskTheExpert my son is infected with chickenpox and now hee is fine.wat food to give him post 4recovery and also suggest some weight gaining foods

A. Hello mom give him some time to recover that’s important . Give him foods as much he can take and avoid force feeding him . Fluids are very much essential at this stage - coconut water c fresh fruit juices or juicy fruits. Vegetable soups would be Helpful to increase their appetite, mild flavoured and soft cooked foods can. Be given
