Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. you should consult with your doctor regarding this once as he will guide you better post examination and analysing the baby and suggest you best accordingly .
meanwhile change baby's diaper and apply coconut oil on the area and make baby wear soft comfortable cotton clothes only
