#AskTheExpert My son is having some kind of rashes every 3 months. And very persistent cold,cough, fever what medicines are advisable he is 3.5 years old

A. Know your child’s particular triggers to avoid exposure. keep good hygiene. recurrent cough and cold is indication of poor immunity and hygine.. give immunity booster food substance like-Eggs, youghrt, spinach, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables and , oats, garlic, carrot, broccoli, butter, beans , mint juice, milk and milk products.. Maintain proper hygine and educated your kid for hand washing.
