ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician3 years agoA. hello give syp zinc 5ml once a day for 2 weeks and also give as much ors or plenty of fluids and normal home food and banana and khichdi etc for the baby.

If the motions are little loose and the baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds then no need to worry If the motions are excessively watery then u can give econorm sachet for loose stool to ur baby
