make sure your child chew food well.
give food in small bites.
give mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice daily in morning m

yes it could be worm Infection
but it is not necessary to have this.
it can be caused by many reasons like fast eating habit , dehydration , indigestion, constipation, overfeeding or force feeding or nutritional deficiencies too.
so better to check with your pediatrician for once.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid giving heavy and outside food items
keep your child well hydrated
maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time.
