Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it s ok know that loose watery stools is considered normal in babies. Some amount of foam is due to gas along with poop u check for any foul smell or any change in color and consistency of poop. If only loose stool u can give zinc drops Z and D drops 1ml once a day and satchets of Econorm/ enterogermina/syp darolac or any other probiotics for 3 days. Give ORS Fever with pain in abdomen if present can b due to infection n needs a doctor consult soon

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom Continue to give medicine as loose stools can take 5-6 days to get cured. So no need to worry. As ur baby is six months complete u can give puffed rice water to get relief from loose motions.
