#asktheexpert my son is complaining about knee pain in the morning. is it serious or just the growing pain?

A. hi no..its not growing pain it can be a result of injury or it can be a result of vitamin D deficiency so please check exact issue. give apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes aday. you may massage this part gently using Babyhug massage oil
