#asktheexpert : my son is close to 7 months he likes solid and doesn't like formula milk that much... my doc had said I can start giving him solids twice now but I am scared he will drink very Lil milk

In fact I would suggest you to give It three times in the day and replace your formula feeding with tone pasteurise milk and make more of fruit shakes and smoothies for the child this way your child is going to take sufficient amount of milk also and food also and with growing food is rather going to be more important than milk if your child is consuming good amount of food then it’s not a problem
