A. In 4 years, a child should be fed 3 main meals and atleast 2 times healthy snacks. Do not over feed and include lot of different fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, smoothies, coconut water, milkshakes with dry fruits, etc., especially in summers to keep him well hydrated. Include all kinds of foods like legumes, rice with chicken or fish curry, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, besan and beetroot cheela, eggs, idli-dosa with sambhar, pan cakes, oatmeal with nuts and other nutritional ones.
