#asktheexpert my son is 8 years 3 months old he has 48 kg weight and has lots of sweating can u pls suggest what need to be done

The weight is actually very much on the higher side it would be good to consult your nutritionist for a diet plan to follow to reduce down your weight other than that also you should involve your child into more of physical activities to reduce the weight like swimming swimming basketball anything of the choice and if too much of sweating is happening that’s probably due to obese structure of your child as a wait will come down the problem problem will reduce down but just taken an advice with your doctor in case of requirement
