#AskTheExpert my son is 8 months old . Can you pls share food chart from him . We are pure veg . And can we start cow milk for him !?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Cow milk is not recommended for the babies below one year. As ur baby is 8 months old, give 2-3 meals in a day and give milk rest of the day as demanded by the baby
