Q.

#AskTheExpert my son is 7 months old , already we have feeding him with Apple,pears,carrot purrees and dal rice mix purree, but last few days he hasn't eating well such foods, can you suggest any other alternative nutrition formula like cerelac any other ?

A. Best to offer home made baby food oy.. Give variety of food with different texture and colour. Keep offering new foods At regular times between meals, you can offer your child healthy snacks like fruit or vegetable sticks. Teething is one of the reasons behind refusing food.
