#AskTheExpert My son is 6 yr old...his voice changed after having cough before 2 months....but still his voice doesn't came back to normal...doctor is it normal

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral irnfection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decodngestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Yes Yes it is absolutely normal still to be on the safer side I am going to advise you to start nebulising your child two times in a day for a minimum of 5 to 7 days that will help in melting down the congestion into the chest and throat of the child if there is any maybe that is going to help in resuming the old voice that your child had
