kids milk teeth begin to fall by the age of 5.5-6.5 years..
an permanent teeth erupts in that position within a gap of 3-6 months..
if any delay then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to evaluate your baby once with your child doctor in person and it may be due to deficiency of calcium and after properly examine follow the prescription.
