Q.

#asktheexpert my son is 5.6yrs old....he feels tired and complaint about pain in legs after 10 min warmup exercise.....what I should include in his for his strength... overall after classes he is very active during whole day n night.

A. I think your child is suffering with growth pain which is seen between the age of 3 1/2 years to 13 years of age with a body is growing the bones are going in the body shape so in that case supplement but if your child is getting tired within 10 minutes of warm up then that is not good
