#AskTheExpert my son is 5-1/2 months old..i wanted to ask that is it ok to give semi solid mashed food 3 times a day and lesser the breastfeed?

Yes you can give it and it is totally fine. You can give at least four meals in a day. And can continue breastfeeding your baby. Once baby start taking solids then it is very important to give proper solids to your baby. In starting few days give everything in a fluids from
