Q.

#asktheexpert My son is 4yrs old and my daughter is 3yrs old..they both won't eat in the morning before they leave to school.. If they consume snap quantity of food everyday immediately they vomit.. Today also my daughter vomited.. What should I do

A. Just give little bit of milk to the child if the child is not interested in eating whatever you are giving because giving food sometimes is not very good for the kids to be digested early in the morning so milk is the best thing to be given you can probably give some dry fruits on the side
