Yes!! You can give it. It is just a supplement to vitamin C. You can also give vitamin C riched food like orange, lemon etc.
Give more calcium and protein rich food In this age. Give paneer, cheese, soyabean, pulses, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Give homemade nuts powder in milk.
