ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist8 months agoA. dear mum , frequent noise bleed is common in children in dry n hot weather let child keep head facing down n press on the nostril from which bleeding is there and deep breathe from other nose until bleeding stop keep well hydrated
