#AskTheExpert my son is 4 years old and he is suffering from bad cough and cold since 9 days n all the treatments have been done. nebulizer being diya but no improvement. please suggest someone.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indidrect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days tdhen kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with mxilk.
