Include foods like garlic oats spinach sabza seeds,milk,dry fruit and nut powder, eggs and lean meats daily

Take When you play capsule is that those are easily available in the market so you can start having them on a regular basis to increase your lactation probably gradually over the period your lactation will anyways be increased as well and otherwise if you still lack in something then you should start giving formula feed to the child
