#asktheexpert My son is 4 and half months old and his eating pattern has changed. His appetite has decreased and he has become little bit fussy. He is eating his hands a lot, but that doesn’t look like a hunger cue. Also he seems to be more hungry in the night time off late as opposed to daytime like before. Sleeping pattern also has changed quite a bit, he is not sleeping at a stretch in night but waking up several times since last week. Although he used to sleep 6 hours at night from 1.5 months. Please suggest.
