Q.

#asktheexpert My son is 4 and a half months old, he puts his hands in his mouth a lot and gets very irritated when stopped. It’s like he needs to suck/chew on his hands. I think he might be teething, not sure. He doesn’t like teethers. Any suggestions on how to make him comfortable.

A. there is no need to do anything about it because teething process will be intermittent throughout 2 years of age. you can press the gums of the child to decrease the pain as well as give paracetamol if the child is crying due to pain

A. Hi dear good afternoon nothing to worry. It's very common in New borns. This is actually a milestone. They slowly start observing and They start playing exploring with their body. Let them play and explore and learn. . Maintain hygiene. Let parts be clean and hygiene.
