#AskTheExpert my son is 3yrs 2months ,please suggest some menu for lunch and dinner as he keeps changing his mind for food and we do not understand what we should feed him, is it OK to feed him normal oats in breakfast and evening?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening you can give it once a day to the child there is no problem but I would recommend that apart from that you should try to give other variety of foods to the child normal foods consumed at home
